Are you a Vendor? 

Do you like working in the dealers room and selling your stuff ?

Then register for Fubuki Con!

We adore seeing all the vendors selling their items to our attendees ! It makes us smile when you smile ! The Dealer Room is a place for people to not only showcase their items but to make a bit of money as well. We strongly encourage you to put your work out, especially at conventions, to show your creativity!

 

Anyone seriously interested in buying a table at Fubuki Con should fill out the Vendor form to the best of there ability .

 

Rules For Vendors

  • Must be at least 18 years old to purchase a table (Table Assistants can be younger). 

  • Do NOT sell any "under-the-table" merchandise, 18+ or NSFW material. Our convention is family-friendly and very oriented towards younger crowds, please keep that in mind while displaying your merchandise. Please do NOT have any explicit content or else, you will be kicked out of the convention.

  • We do not do refunds, so make sure to read all of the rules when they are sent to you. This is very important.

  • Prices for two tables is $35 bucks, this includes

    • Your con entry free

    • Your table ( 2 )

    • And one free guest 

  • You absolutely have to get two tables as a vendor! This helps you sell more items! Stock up on items and sell , sell , sell! We support you!

  • If you are interested in any additional tables, that will be an extra $5. This will not include another guest. Any extra guest will have to pay regular convention entrance fees.

  • Any addition rules will be sent to the registering vendor by the person in charge of dealer room.

How The Process Goes

  • The vendor that wishes to sell their merchandise will fill out the form before the due date.

  • There will be a confirmation page will show up letting you know that it has been fully submitted to the application. It lets us know that we received a vendor request as well. 

  • The person in charge of Vendors will contact you with additional information once you've have been accepted!
