Host a panel at FUBUKI CON 2019!

Every year, the president and one of the staff members hosts a Dating Panel and the Cosplay Contest.
Don't worry about those two, they always happen!

However, if you are seriously interested in hosting any sort of panel at Fubuki Con 2018, make sure to read the rules first before filling out a form. Once you do that, then fill it out to the best of your ability . More information will be sent to you once your panel has been approved. You must be at least 16 years of age to run a panel at our convention. You will still have to buy a ticket into the convention in order to run your panel. We will let you know when Applications end.
Rules For Panels

Must be 16+ to host a panel

Must be between 30 minutes to 2 hours. You will be able to choose it on the form.

All members must buy a ticket even if they submit a panel. If you have a group, they must pay the price.

Submitted before the due date or else, it won't count.

If you plan to not come in, please inform us beforehand.

If you don't come in on the correct time when your panel is suppose to occur, it will be cancelled.

We don't do first comes - first serves, we go by which submissions are more reliable.

We usually end up picking panels that are more active, interesting, and engaging.

Make sure to type up rules for your panels for your own safety. We don't want anyone to be triggered.
How The Process Goes

The leader, whoever is writing their name for the submission, will send in their proposal online before the due date.

Once the panel has been submitted, the confirmation page will show up letting you know that it has been fully submitted to the event. It lets us know that we received a panel request as well.

The person in charge of panels will look over it and staff will go over to see if it is appropriate. It will either be approved or denied.

You then will be notified if you have been accepted or denied.

During the decision process, you are able to ask questions to the individual in charge. They will answer them as best as they can.

We accept as many panel submits as possible, but the leader of the group is only able to submit two panels.
